Information for Sponsors

This is a very different kind of photo conference.

FIE is unique because Fearless Photographers and our sponsors are covering the production costs of the event so that we don’t have to accept payments from attendees. Instead, each attendee is asked to donate a minimum of 150€ directly to organizations serving their own communities in exchange for a conference ticket.

In 2016, over 70 attendees donated over 10,500 € to these organizations on this list.

We need your support! Your contribution helps us cover essential production expenses to make the conference happen.

This model only works because of sponsors who believe conferences can serve a greater purpose. Sponsors are not simply purchasing visibility. You are helping remove financial barriers so generosity can flow directly into communities.

In 2027, we are looking for help from 5-10 sponsors.

As a 2027 sponsor, your company will be recognized as a supporter of a conference model centered on community impact, accessibility, and direct charitable giving.

Sponsor benefits include:

• Display of your company logo on the official conference website

• Inclusion in conference promotional materials

• Recognition across event marketing campaigns and social media

• Association with a purpose-driven conference supporting community organizations

• Visibility among attendees, speakers, and creative industry professionals

• Recognition as a sponsor helping make direct attendee donations possible

Due to space and logistical limitations, sponsors will not have any physical displays or traditional vendor booths at the conference.

Your 1000 € contribution to “Family Is Everything” can be made by card or bank transfer to Fearless Photographers and may qualify as an advertising or marketing business expense. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility in your region.
